West Meade continues to be a hot neighborhood, even in the cold of February. Seven homes closed in West Meade, with all but one being existing homes built in the ‘50s and ‘60s.  West Meade also offers a wide price range of homes, from $265,000 up to $1.06 million.  February did see a slight uptick in days on market over the past couple of months at a still very impressive 87.
