Having seen most of what Nashville's Gulch area has to offer real estate wise, I can tell you that what immediately sets Terrazzo apart from the other condos is the design layout. These condos FEEL LARGE and the 885 minimum square footage on a Terrazzo condo is wonderful!
Of course, you are going to pay for this square footage in both the price and the HOA fee. At $.35 per heated square foot, you will be paying $309.75/month in addition to your mortgage (if you have one). But with this cost comes a secured parking garage, 24-hour security and concierge, a fitness center, a heated lap pool and all exterior maintenance!
Terrazzo Condos also boast 11'+ tall ceilings, Italian cabinetry, floor to ceiling windows and private terraces. I love the exposed concrete in these as well - they really add to the whole upscale urban flair of these luxury condos!
And talk about variety! There are 26 different floor plans to choose from!
It's a good thing that these condos spoke for themselves, because the touring agent did not give me a lot of materials with pricing on them, even though I wanted them!
